Private Client Solicitor

Andy File Associates Limited is working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent position.

Our client is a well-established leading firm of solicitors based in Sheffield. They are a forward-thinking organisation and one of the leading law firms in South Yorkshire well known for delivering excellent levels of client care.

They have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their Private Client team.

In this role, the successful candidate will deal with Wills, Probate and Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and have experience of Trust Administration and Tax Returns matters.

The role would be suitable for a Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' PQE.

Other essential criteria includes:

1. Excellent and comprehensive knowledge of all Wills and Probate matters
2. Good experience and knowledge of Trust Administration
3. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word and Outlook
4. Excellent communication and client care skills
5. Expert drafting skills
6. Strong organisation skills
7. Clear verbal and written communication skills
8. Ability to summarise and present complex information in a clear and accessible way
9. Innate ability to work methodically and accurately with an excellent attention to detail
10. Strong presentation skills

Working hours - 9.00am - 5.00pm Mon-Fri (flexible e.g. 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm etc), 1 hour for lunch. Possibility of hybrid working - minimum 3 days in office.
