Job Description:

Join our client's prestigious law firm in Kent. The successful candidate will have a strong background in private client law, with a proven track record of providing high-quality legal advice and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert legal advice on a range of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts.
  2. Draft and review legal documents related to private client services.
  3. Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their legal needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
  4. Stay updated on changes in private client legislation and advise clients accordingly.
  5. Collaborate with other solicitors and legal professionals within the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

Requirements:

  1. Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in private client law.
