Our client, a leading mid-tier firm based in central London, is in need of a skilled Personal Tax Director who is looking to take their career further. You will be working closely with a diverse client portfolio, focusing on non-domiciled individuals and offshore work.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide top-notch advisory services with a touch of compliance work, handling complex and technical tasks.
2. Manage an exciting portfolio that includes HNWIs, company directors, and entrepreneurs.
3. Work with non-UK resident/domiciled individuals and offshore trust/company structures.
4. Support and inspire the team through training, coaching, and appraisals.
5. Build new client relationships and shine in business development activities, including networking events.
6. Play a pivotal role in one of the firm's key sector groups.
7. Contribute to the development of the firm's MTD proposition.
8. Proven experience working with non-domiciled individuals.
9. Experience in a professional services environment or dealing with HMRC.
10. Strong advisory and compliance experience.
11. Passion for delivering high-standard work and exceptional client service.
12. CTA or ACA qualified (or equivalent).
