Job Description
Your role is to:
- Supervise and manage a portfolio of private clients.
- Ensure all tax compliance work is completed accurately and meets deadlines.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through regular communication.
- Provide insightful advice on tax-related matters and identify opportunities for advisory work.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of tax compliance processes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Stay updated with changes in tax regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Tax Manager should have:
- Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CTA). Part qualified candidates are also encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in a tax compliance role within the professional services industry - preferably working with ultra high net worth individuals.
- Strong knowledge of UK tax laws and private client tax issues.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
