Description: A Tax Senior is responsible for delivering exceptional tax services to a portfolio of clients, ensuring outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide an excellent level of service to a portfolio of clients which meets and exceeds their expectations.
  2. Prepare the tax returns in accordance with Xeinadin's standard procedures.
  3. Ensure agreed deliverables are within a set timeframe and that the job is completed within budget.
  4. Act as a line manager for junior members of the team.
  5. Ensure self and team members follow all legal and statutory requirements.
  6. Represent Xeinadin to the client ensuring that the day to day is delivered with a focus on innovation and the future.
  7. Deliver the Xeinadin vision and values.
  8. Represent the firm internally and externally in a professional manner through appearance, conduct and attitude.
  9. Prepare and review UK tax returns for private clients, US lawyers, and partnerships.
  10. Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation and communicate key updates to clients and the wider team.
Key Requirements
  1. 3+ years of experience in UK private client tax with a focus on USA partnerships and high-net-worth individuals.
  2. Ability to manage multiple client engagements and work within deadlines.
  3. Proficiency in tax software and MS Office applications.
  4. ATT qualified.
  5. Previous experience in a Mid-Tier Professional Services Environment.

  1. Experience managing a portfolio of clients.
  2. Commercially minded with a clear perception of client requirements.
  3. Confident and professional.
