Job Description

• Provide expert tax advice to private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
• Develop and implement effective tax strategies and plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Lead and manage a team of tax professionals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client service.
• Contribute to the development of the firm's tax advisory services.
• Participate in industry events and forums to represent the firm and stay abreast of industry developments.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Private Equity Director should have:

• A professional qualification in tax or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a tax department.
• Excellent client service skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to work effectively in a team and to lead and motivate others.
