- Providing legal support on private equity-related matters
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating legal documents
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure legal compliance

- Contributing to team targets and objectives

The Successful Applicant
A successful Private Equity Paralegal should have:
- A degree in Law or a related field
- A solid understanding of private equity - minimum 1 year Private Equity Paralegal experience
- Experience in drafting and negotiating legal documents
- Excellent research skills
- A strong ability to work in a team and manage workload
- Excellent communication skills
