Job Description - Process & Change Lead (15714)
Description
As our Process & Change Lead, you will be delivering meaningful, measurable improvements that enhance both operational performance and customer experience.
Sitting within the Operations Excellence team, you will be responsible for optimising processes, implementing governance frameworks, and ensuring change is delivered effectively to help us deliver brilliant package holidays to our customers.
Your key focus will be evaluating existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, leading initiatives that streamline operations, improve consistency, and reduce waste. You'll also be designing and maintaining governance frameworks to ensure compliance with operational standards and best practices, and conducting regular process audits and assessments to help identify further opportunities for improvement.
Working closely with stakeholders, you'll be managing operational change, and scoping, planning, and implementing changes that improve the way we work. This includes embedding change management processes across both in-house and offshore teams, ensuring they can adapt quickly and efficiently. You'll also work closely with our Portfolio Business Change Manager to ensure that all operational change activities fit within the wider business change strategy.
Standard Operating Procedures across Operations will need to be developed and maintained to ensure that teams have clear, structured guidelines to follow, helping to drive consistency across Customer Operations, Customer Service, and Customer Safety.
What you'll bring to the team:
You'll have a background in process improvement, operational excellence, or a similar role in a fast-moving, complex organisation. Experience in process optimisation and change management is essential.
Working with data will be a key part of the role, so you'll need advanced Excel skills and the ability to handle large volumes of complex information from multiple sources. Attention to detail is critical as you'll be analysing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and making sure changes are implemented effectively.
You'll be somebody who is able to explain complex information in a straightforward way. Experience with Salesforce or Amazon Connect would be useful, but not essential, and we'd love it if you have a process excellence certification like Lean Six Sigma - but what really matters is your ability to solve problems, influence others, and deliver meaningful change.
What's in it for you:
In addition to your competitive base salary, we offer an all-inclusive benefits package which includes our company-wide bonus scheme and a 5% pension contribution. We offer a variety of share options and life assurance, and we have an impressive range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to your needs.
You'll have access to heavily discounted flights for yourself and your loved ones, as well as free easyJet Plus membership, annual holiday vouchers, and a generous annual leave entitlement.
At easyJet holidays, we create unforgettable experiences for our customers, and we strive to do the same for our people. As such we're committed to supporting our team with development opportunities and a welcoming atmosphere.
The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
