Process Improvement Manager

We are Hiring: Senior Process Improvement Consultant Lean Six Sigma Black Belt BPMN Financial Sector

Location: Belgium (Hybrid)

Are you a Senior Process Improvement Expert with a proven track record in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt) and process modeling (BPMN, Value Stream Mapping)?

We are looking for an experienced professional to join a leading financial institution in Belgium. As part of this project, you will be responsible for analyzing, mapping, and improving operational processes to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map & Analyze Processes: Identify inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements using BPMN and Value Stream Mapping techniques.
• Operational Excellence: Leverage Lean Six Sigma to optimize workflows and reduce waste, ensuring smooth operations.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work cross-functionally with both business and IT teams to implement changes effectively.

Key Requirements:

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent experience)

Expertise in BPMN and Value Stream Mapping

Process Improvement and Continuous Improvement experience

Background in the financial services industry (Banking, Insurance, etc.) is a plus

Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Fluent in English and French, Dutch is a plus
