Procurement Catalogue Manager

You will work as a Catalogue Manager across all Partner Trusts supporting the move from four separate catalogues to one single catalogue across all three trusts and managing this catalogue on an ongoing basis to ensure data integrity.
As a credible data management professional you will provide advice and guidance to buyers and suppliers to ensure the catalogue is always up to date.
Please note that this advertised vacancy does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa and therefore HUTH would not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role.
Main duties of the jobYou will ensure IM&T information is processed in accordance with policies and procedures and investigate enquiries and queries from stakeholders, providing assistance and advice as required.
You will need to adapt the catalogue software, maintain and interpret datasets to support the analysis of spend data. You will also provide training to Procurement and non-procurement colleagues across the Trust to ensure systems are being used correctly.

Person Specification Experience- Experience of e-commerce systems.
- NHS experience.
- Able to work alone and on own initiative, making decisions as necessary.
- Able to organise and prioritise workloads for self and for the System Support.
- Good communicator, able to persuade and negotiate.
- Respects and safeguards confidential information.
- IT literate and evidence of modern working practices.
- Good problem solving ability.
- Conversant with modern purchasing and supply methods.
- Understanding of UK Procurement Regulations and procedures.
- Requires knowledge of standard computer systems such as Microsoft products.
- Holds a European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) or equivalent knowledge obtained through a diploma.
- Would be trained as a system administrator on various e-Procurement systems.
- Studying towards membership of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply.
