Procurement Operations Manager

We're seeking an experienced Procurement Operations Manager to drive procurement strategy, manage supplier relationships, and ensure efficient processes.

The Role

• Lead and develop the procurement team, ensuring best practices.
• Oversee procurement for corporate services and operational projects.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance.
• Manage supplier relationships and optimise procurement strategies.
• Maintain and enhance procurement systems (P2P, CMS).
• Support audits and ensure procurement efficiency.

What You Need

• Strong procurement experience, including team leadership.
• Experience working within engineering/renewables or construction projects.
• Expertise in supplier management and financial oversight.
• Knowledge of procurement systems and processes.
• Degree in procurement, supply chain, or business.
• CIPS Level 4 Diploma or equivalent.
