Procurement Specialist

Your Mission

As a Procurement Specialist, you manage all operational procurement processes for goods and services across the various departments at Partena. You are responsible for negotiations, execution, and follow-up of purchasing files in order to optimize costs, ensure quality, and effectively support business needs.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify and centralize internal needs, challenge requests, and act as a procurement sparring partner.
• Advise internal teams on new projects or specific contractual matters.
• Monitor and control the procurement process (purchase orders, discrepancies, compliance).
• Suggest and implement improvements to streamline purchasing processes and governance.
• Manage a portfolio of suppliers: selection, negotiation, follow-up, and long-term relationship building.
• Source new suppliers to foster competition and drive innovation.
• Keep procurement data up to date in our systems to ensure traceability and accurate supplier evaluations.
• Stay informed on market trends and continuously update your product and procurement knowledge.

Your Profile

• Education: Master's degree in economics, logistics, or equivalent through experience.
• Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role in a B2B environment.

• Autonomy, accuracy, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of procurement tools (ERP, e-procurement systems, etc.).

Your Stakeholders

• Internal: colleagues, management, team leaders - as a trusted advisor and coordinator.
• External: suppliers and partners - as the main point of contact, negotiator, and relationship manager
