The Process Manager (SME) for Product lifecycle Management stream is accountable for the design, the delivery and deployment of a harmonised set of Product lifecycle Management processes across the Global Supply Chain network (Medicines and Vaccines) under the responsibility of the Process Owners (GPOs).

The role will work closely with other Process SMEs, functional consultants, BI/SI partner and business units to ensure successful implementation of the target state processes and that business benefits are unlocked. The role will encompass all GSC geographic locations and will work in a highly matrixed team.

In this role you will:

  • Deliver a set of harmonised processes for the GSC Product lifecycle Management stream within the S/4 HANA template across Medicines and Vaccines.
  • Adherence to the global S/4 HANA template ensuring an adopt not adapt approach is taken to process design to ensure successful transition from SAP ECC.
  • Accountable for defining the business requirements for GSC Product lifecycle Management stream and collaborating with the functional teams to ensure that these are translated into the template build and any design issues are resolved.
  • Work closely with the functional teams and SI/BI partner to ensure robust unit, system and user acceptance testing of the processes is successfully defined and delivered.
  • Ensure E2E alignment across ERP programme for Product lifecycle Management processes and work with other Process SMEs to identify, problem solve and develop solutions to mitigate risks / issues with the support of the Process Owners (GPDs).
  • Support global Product Lifecycle processes delivery outside GSC when required (eg R&D pilot plants). Work closely with all the sites across the GSC network to ensure adherence to the global processes, that they are deployed successfully, and local variation is minimized.
  • Escalate business risks and issues to the Process Owners / Programme leads. Ensure programme benefits are delivered through implementation of the Product lifecycle Management processes. Support development of education and training materials and deployment methodology.

  • Current Product Lifecycle management processes
  • Primary & Secondary manufacturing processes, plus R&D processes
  • Product industrialisation & launch, product optimization throughout the product lifecycle
  • E2E master data management processes
  • Organised and structured process expert, able to deliver changes to global processes.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, good People and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Experiences in developing ideas through the targeted stream.
  • Able to deal with multi-skills and multi-cultural environment.
  • Some experience in participating to large complex transformation projects.
