Job Title - Product Manager - West End Productions

Department/Sector - Leisure

Job Location - London

Salary - £20k - £25k

Our client is looking for an experienced Product Account Manager to join the expanding theatre team to work across a range of West End productions.

You must be a strong negotiator with great communication skills and have experience of marketing/ticketing. Having a strong contact book within London would be an advantage.

You will work across a range of productions and be the main contact for theatre producers and their marketing representatives.

We need you to offer creative sales and marketing solutions for producers of live entertainment to increase ticket sales.

You will develop relationships with producers and marketing agencies to ensure that our client maintains its position as the top seller of West End Theatre Tickets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for account management for a range of productions as directed.
  • Liaising with marketing agencies and producers re: provision and sale of marketing services for the productions
  • Liaising with agencies and producers regarding the negotiation
  • Producing sales & marketing plans for marketing agencies/producers
  • Producing timely and accurate reporting for internal and external stakeholders
  • To meet with key contacts on regular basis
  • To create package product for all sales channels for shows under account management.
  • To work as part of a team to deliver Marketing Service Budget
  • To contract new theatre and live entertainment product.
  • To maintain competitor price comparisons on shows under account management.
  • To work closely with sales channel managers to develop promotional and product ideas for shows under account management.
  • Attending show previews, opening/launches and events.
  • To work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and working to deliver common goals
  • To attend team meetings and training sessions
  • To be fully aware of company policies/handbook

Key Skills:

  • Proven Live Entertainment or Ticketing
  • Previous experience of presenting to clients/suppliers
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to work flexibly
  • Ability to think on feet and develop creative solutions/proposal
