Job Description

A Product Manager opportunity for a growing SaaS business offering 'tech for good' software solutions and products. The Product Manager will play a key role in a dedicated Digital product team, focused on delivering a greenfield product and improving product functionality and user experience (B2C).

The company offers flexible hybrid working options with 3-4 days WFH each week and modern offices in Berkshire.

Responsibilities

Play a key role in designing the Product strategy and roadmap
Lead the associated product team across the full lifecycle
Promote positive user experience and feature utilization
Liaise with the marketing teams in designing the Product go-to-market strategy
Work closely with the internal Tech teams, 3rd party vendors, and Senior stakeholders

Essential Skills and Experience

Proven experience in leading the delivery of SaaS products
Experience of gathering requirements from Tech and non-tech stakeholders
Experience working in Agile teams and following relevant processes (SCRUM, Kanban)
Data-driven approach to decision making
Experience working with cross-functional teams
