Nexeo is currently looking for a Senior Product Owner for a leading company in Belgium.

As a Senior Product Owner, your responsibilities will include:

• Digital Strategy: Identify the digital needs and expectations of our distribution partners, translating insights into concrete projects and digital developments.
• Project Ownership: Lead innovative projects, customer journey design, and digitalization initiatives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with various business domains and IT teams to develop and implement digital solutions.
• End-User Focus: Engage with end-users to ensure applications align with their needs, gathering feedback and refining solutions.
• Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with digital trends, analyzing how they can enhance service delivery.
• Communication: Act as the face of digital applications to end-users, ensuring smooth communication between teams and stakeholders.

What are we expecting?

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience leading innovative projects, customer journey design, or digitalization initiatives.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to translate user needs into concrete proposals.
• Autonomy: Ability to work independently while driving collaborative results.
• Bilingual Skills: Fluency in French or Dutch and a professional level of English.
• Soft Skills: Proactive, hands-on, and results-driven with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hybrid Work: Flexibility to work in a hybrid model with mandatory presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
