Product owner

Nexeo is currently looking for a Product Owner institution in Brussels.

As a Senior Product Owner at Nexeo, your responsibilities will include:

• Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with business clients and stakeholders, both existing and potential.
• Case Intake & Requirements Gathering: Manage intake of new cases, define high-level needs, and draft key product specifications with experts.
• Backlog & Roadmap Management: Build and prioritize the product and squad backlog, and communicate priorities to the squad, aligning with group and BNPPF strategy.
• Product Strategy & Refinement: Develop the product strategy, and guide the squad on scope, priorities, and refinement activities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the squad scrum master to track progress and delivery. Align with other Product Owners on cluster strategy and dependencies.
• Compliance & Risk: Ensure all solutions consider legal, risk, compliance, and group guidelines

Profile

• Education: Master's degree or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong technical and functional understanding of banking and fraud environments.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven experience managing relationships with stakeholders.
• Agile Mindset: Positive, pragmatic, customer-focused, with excellent communication skills.
