What do we need from you?

1. You'll already be pursuing a career as a Production Manager within the beverage industry and your qualifications will enable you to hit the ground running.
2. You'll need to be a subject matter expert ready to take the lead in all areas of compliance and quality.
3. You'll need to have Salsa certification experience and a thorough understanding of BRC food safety standards.
4. We'll be looking for you to demonstrate hands-on experience in a beverage production environment.
5. The ability to work autonomously and independently.
6. The flexibility to work part of the week in the company's London offices and part of the week at the production facilities in Hitchen.
7. You'll need to think outside of the box and bring new ideas to the table as well as having a keen eye for detail and a robust approach to processes and compliance.
