JOB SUMMARY

The 3D Systems site in Leuven is looking for a skilled Production Planner responsible for optimizing production capacity and throughput. As Production Planner, you're essential and form the bridge between the needs of the client and those of production. You will work within the Supply Chain team and report to the Supply Chain Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create an optimal production plan based on all available information such as production orders, capacity, material & tool availability, and adjust the plan on a regular basis after discussion or feedback from stakeholders.
• Follow up on issues and challenges faced in production and undertake necessary actions.
• Perform material and tools availability checks.
• Develop good communication and relations with production and quality control staff and other departments to ensure smooth collaboration and support.
• Implement and drive continuous improvement activities.

PROFILE

• Bachelor's or master's degree.
• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Supply Chain.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and production planning programs.
• Flexible, autonomous, critical and analytical thinker, result oriented.
• Strong communication skills to convey ideas, decisions, advice and build relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English language.
• APICS certification, Six Sigma certification, lean knowledge and Power Bi experience are a plus.
• Experience working in ISO 13485 organization is a plus.
