As a Professional Services Platform Architect at ABBYY, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment of ABBYY document processing solutions for our diverse range of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with enterprise-level customers to understand their infrastructure needs
- Assist in designing and implementing scalable and robust infrastructure solutions
- Provide technical guidance and support during the deployment phase
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application deployment
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality and reliable solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
Skills and Experience:
- Proven work experience (10+ years) in a DevOps and/or Infrastructure role in Linux/Windows system administration
- Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms administration and cloud-based solutions (Azure is preferable)
Nice to have:
- Windows Administration Skills
- Familiarity with MS Failover Clusters, email services, and SSL certificates
- Experience managing databases, Active Directory, IIS, DNS, and PowerShell
Non-Technical Skills:
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience working with enterprise-level customers
- Proficiency in creating clear and detailed documentation for technical processes and infrastructure
- Upper intermediate level of English, both written and verbal
