What you need to have/know:

• Master's degree (or equivalent by experience) in IT, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in IT project/program management.
• Strong knowledge of project & program management methodologies (PRINCE2 Practitioner, PM Advanced, MSP certifications preferred).
• Proficiency with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
• Experiência com ferramentas de visualização de dados (Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent conflict resolution, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with GDPR, risk management policies, and IT operational standards is a plus.
• Experience in building incident management systems if a plus
• Mandatory English+ Dutch + FR.
