About the role

We're looking for an experienced Programme Delivery Manager to take the reins on a diverse range of high-priority projects and programmes. In this dynamic role, you'll be at the heart of managing both ongoing and new initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Working closely with the Head of Operations, you'll play a key part in shaping and executing our service delivery framework and toolkit, ensuring that it's not only rolled out effectively but continuously refined with the latest industry best practices. You'll oversee the end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define processes, deliver training, and ensure systems and staff are ready for smooth transitions. You'll track performance metrics to ensure that business benefits - such as cost efficiencies and improved customer experiences - are realised. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be key to driving the programme delivery team and ensuring alignment with company goals.

You'll manage programme budgets and financials, ensuring deliverables are met on time, while addressing risks and changes as they arise. You'll work with the PMO to ensure governance frameworks are followed and support your team's development by coaching and mentoring to achieve high performance. Finally, you'll communicate the function's direction, foster a customer-first mindset, and ensure your team's ongoing growth.

Experience in business process improvement, customer journey mapping, and digital-led IT or change projects is key, alongside the ability to work across strategic and tactical developments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, stakeholder management and reporting skills, with a solid background in business analysis.
