Programme Manager â- Corporate Banking â- Business Change

You will have a deep understanding of commercial/wholesale banking with several years of specific experience in this industry, as well as a track record of driving business programme execution within highly complex global banking organisations. This will including shaping and initiating programmes through to driving planning, execution, risk management and stakeholder engagement.

You should apply for this role if you are/have:

• 5+ years programme management experience within global banking institution
• Deep corporate/wholesale banking experience within a major global institution
• Structured, end-to-end programme management experience with a track record of delivery
• Experience in one (or more) of: credit decisioning, risk/RWA, payments or ESG
• Business change and transformation background rather than technology
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement/management skills
• Degree educated or higher from a leading academic institution.

This is a £650-690/day PAYE role (c. £800 umbrella). London-based, hybrid working, initial six months.
