We are currently compiling a pool of qualified professionals interested in the role of (Interim) Project Assistant to potentially support Frontex, an EU Institution based in Poland and a prospective client of NTU. Please note that this announcement does not represent a confirmed job offer. About the Position:
An esteemed EU institution is seeking proactive and adaptable Project Assistants to provide temporary support across various operational and project-related areas. The selected candidates will contribute to the effective coordination and delivery of activities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support in administrative, financial, and logistical tasks.
• Assist with the coordination of projects, meetings, events, and office operations.
• Support internal and external communication efforts, including public relations materials.
• Manage databases and maintain proper records and filing systems.
• Contribute to procurement and budgetary processes as needed.
• Assist in information management and reporting activities.
• Perform other tasks relevant to the role and the institution's needs.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in project assistance or administrative support, ideally in an EU institution or international organization.
• Flexibility to work across various functional areas (admin, finance, communication, logistics, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment.
• Knowledge of EU procedures and working languages (English required, other EU languages are an asset).
