Temporary job- operational project coordinator for facilities maintenance contract

Working for a large national facilities and maintenance provider on a contract for the MOJ Prison sector

As a project co-ordinator, you will provide support to the project managers/ senior managers and external stakeholders by managing data on Excel, providing regular updates on project progress to clients; staffing levels and numbers currently in vetting; leading weekly update calls on vacancies with the recruitment agency.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in a similar capacity, providing support to project teams, ideally in a maintenance or fm sector. This is not a planner role, but will involve sharing project planner updates with internal and external parties. Strong excel skills are required, along with a confident manner and the ability to contribute in regular update team meetings and briefings to the client and external suppliers.

This is a temporary contract for a rolling one-month period initially.
