Step into a pivotal role where you'll shape the future of industry-leading eMachines for hybrid and electric vehicles. As a Project Engineer, you'll help optimize eMachine Design processes and procedures, ensuring timely delivery of traction and auxiliary motors that meet AML's vehicle attributes.

What You'll Do:

• Design and develop advanced eMachines, working closely with a small, dynamic team.
• Present innovative design solutions, enabling trade-offs between component attributes and their impact on electrified powertrain systems and vehicle performance.
• Define and manage commodity strategies within the EPT department, resolving engineering challenges.
• Collaborate with suppliers on eMachine-related topics, supporting full-cycle design from concept to production.

Key Requirements:

• Proven ability to take eMachines from concept to production.
• Ideally, a degree in Electromagnetics or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD tools (NX preferred), ALTAIR Flux, Flux Motor, and MotorCAD.
