Project Engineer

G2 Recruitment are looking for an experienced Freelance Project Engineer to join our client for offshore decommissioning projects in Antwerp, you will be working for an offshore heavy lift contractor on an interim basis (12-month contract)

START: ASAP 2025

DURATION: 12 months

LOCATION: Antwerp.

Key responsibilities:

Responsible for the preparation and execution of all the necessary engineering with relevant procedures

Heavy lift removal

Decommissioning of jackets and topsides

Onshore office duties in Antwerp

You will need:

Minimum bachelor's degree Engineering or Maritime

Proven experience in offshore decommissioning or installation projects

Relevant experience in heavy lift.

Experience in generating lift plans

Hands on, problem solving and analytical thinking

Fluent in English (Dutch is beneficial)
