Thames Water is recruiting a passionate Project Engineer driven to help shape the future of water and wastewater treatment in the Thames Valley and the Home Counties. What you'll be doing as a Project Engineer

• Assessment of Project Briefs and associated technical information and solutions to support risk mitigation and maximise value before pricing by the delivery contractor.
• Work within multidisciplinary project teams by project delivery procedures.
• Work towards delivering project outputs to time, cost and quality through planning and forecasting resource requirements.
• Developing capability and working to ensure continuous improvement.

This is a hybrid role, with a base location of Clearwater Court. You will be expected to be in the office or onsite 2-3 days a week.

Ideally, we would like the successful candidate to have a driving license, but please apply if this is not the case, as your application will still be considered.

Ideally, this will be a full-time 36-hour-a-week role, working Monday to Friday.

What you should bring to the role of Project Engineer

• Degree or HNC in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• An understanding of developing technical project solutions and briefs, especially those related to civil scope.
• Awareness of project delivery in process industries.
• Strong comprehension of health & safety in the construction industry, particularly CDM.
