PROJECT LEADER

Nexeo is currently looking for a Project Leader for one of our clients in the insurance sector in Belgium.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to successful implementation.
• Collaborate with business project leaders, architecture teams, and IT domains to define project scope and estimates.
• Ensure communication and reporting to both IT and business management on project progress.
• Plan and follow up on project resources and deliverables.
• Anticipate risks and propose mitigation plans.
• Identify and communicate project bottlenecks to process owners.
• Propose and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Promote the adoption of new project management methodologies and tools.

Requirements:

• University graduate or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience in project management.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and PMI standards.
• Experience in business analysis.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Autonomous, client-oriented, and structured mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in the insurance or financial sector is a plus.

Languages:

• Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
