About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of products or services to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects-ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the client's satisfaction.

Main Duties

• Lead end-to-end project management for client delivery engagements
• Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and external clients
• Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and allocate resources
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, operations, and support
• Monitor project performance and adjust plans as needed to meet goals
• Manage project scope, risks, and issues to ensure successful outcomes
• Prepare regular status reports and hold project review meetings with clients and stakeholders
• Ensure high client satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution
• Document lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (PMP certification is a plus)
• 3-7 years of experience managing client-facing projects
• Proven track record of delivering products or services on time and within budget
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Experience with project management tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with client onboarding and post-implementation support
