Job Title: Project Manager - Delivery

What you'll be doing:

• Managing the sourcing of the systems, software and test engineering resourcing
• Ensuring the projects requirements, deployment plans and delivery of enabling systems, software and test capabilities are met
• Focusing on and driving quality, operational efficiency and continuous improvement
• Embracing the role model Safety First culture for our people and the products being developed
• Managing the delivery from established teams in Coventry in support of the Platform Complex Systems Delivery Directorate
• Operating as a General Manager for the teams in our new Coventry office

Your skills and experiences:

• Experience leading teams through start-ups of projects and expanding those teams
• Extensive experience of Project Management through the full Project Lifecycle, delivery quality and continuous improvement
• Broad understanding and experience of all delivery and support functions
• Good stakeholder management experience, particularly with the ability to guide and influence decisions

The Dreadnought Platform Complex Systems team:

This is a unique opportunity to become an integral part of the Dreadnought Platform Complex Systems (PCS) Delivery Directorate. You'll be working on and influencing decisions on one of the most complex products the UK has ever embarked on, contributing directly to the UK's national security and defence. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
