This is a *Cheshire-based* role with an excellent immediate start within a global FMCG brand working on *managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and uncompromising safety standards*.

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a dedicated Project Manager - engineering to oversee the execution of engineering projects across the UK and Ireland. Based in Runcorn, this role involves managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and uncompromising safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute projects with a strong emphasis on safety, ensuring zero harm throughout.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and fully compliant with governance and legal standards.
• Manage individual projects valued up to £30m and a portfolio of projects worth up to £40m.
• Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to optimize operations during and after project delivery.
• Hold suppliers and stakeholders accountable to maintain quality and safety standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• A university degree in Engineering or working towards professional accreditation (extensive experience may be considered as an alternative).
• Proven experience in project management with strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Analytical problem-solving and auditing abilities.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to changing circumstances and ambiguity.
