Project Manager - HR Portfolio

Emagine Consulting - Investment Banking

£500 - £550 per day (inside IR35)

London - Onsite 3 days a week

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in HR change management to oversee and deliver a programme focused on implementing a Compensation and Rewards solution. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders in the HR portfolio, specifically the Reward and Benefits team, to ensure the successful end-to-end delivery of projects. The role involves managing various technological integrations and vendor procurement processes.

Main Objectives
  • Lead the implementation of Deferred Compensation technology, ensuring it integrates with existing systems.

  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, providing E2E delivery oversight.

  • Collaborate with procurement to evaluate vendors through RFP and scoring processes.

  • Facilitate communications among stakeholders to gather and refine project requirements.

  • Oversee risk management and mitigation plans throughout the project life cycle.

  • Provide training and support on the new system once implemented.

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management within an HR context.

  • Strong understanding of change management principles.

  • Experience with Workday or similar HR systems.

  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess project needs and requirements.

Nice to Haves
  • Experience in training and development within HR functions.

  • Familiarity with deferred compensation programs.

  • Previous experience with similar technology implementations.
