We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a prestigious large-scale RC Frame residential development in London. This role is offered on an 18-month contract.

About the Project:

This impressive scheme consists of 2,000 units across nine blocks, ranging from 2 to 22 storeys. You will report directly to the Senior Project Manager and take responsibility for a designated phase comprising two blocks with 419 units. Currently, the project is at the RC Frame stage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing pre-construction, procurement, and Stage 4 CDP design for your phase
2. Managing day-to-day site operations to ensure quality and programme targets are met
3. Coordinating with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
4. Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale residential schemes in London
2. Strong background with a main contractor or residential developer
3. Experience managing RC Frame projects
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
