The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to join a leading construction firm specialising in high-end fit-out projects across London. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of bespoke interior fit-outs, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage high-end fit-out projects from pre-construction through to handover.
2. Coordinate and liaise with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors.
3. Ensure projects meet health & safety regulations and quality standards.
4. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
5. Oversee site operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of projects.
6. Provide leadership and direction to site teams and subcontractors.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the high-end fit-out sector.
2. Strong knowledge of luxury interior finishes and bespoke detailing.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high-quality projects under tight deadlines.
5. Knowledge of UK construction regulations and health & safety standards.
6. Degree or relevant qualification in Construction Management or related field preferred.
