As the Operations Manager for Third Party Brands you will be responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day operations of The Sports Edit, as well as scaling and improving processes and systems to ensure The Sports Edit, part of 3rd Party Brands, provide the best experience for our customers, brand partners and colleagues. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth functioning of various operational processes and driving overall efficiency in our operations.

What you'll do
As the Finance and Reporting Project Manager for Third Party Brands you will support the Brands' Operational Excellence team to scale and improve finance and reporting processes and systems, ensuring Brands provide the best experience for customers, brand partners, and colleagues.

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Identify and prioritise reporting and invoicing improvements
  • Lead finance and reporting projects across Brands, Finance, and Technology teams
  • Brand Reporting & Onboarding: Oversee new brand reporting setup, ensuring reports are configured correctly before launch
  • Training & Communication: Deliver training sessions for internal teams and brands on finance systems and reporting tools
  • Track and resolve issues related to contract setup, invoice errors, and reconciliation delays

Who you are
Your skills and experience will include:

  • Project Management: Proven experience managing finance or reporting-related projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data Analysis: Strong ability to analyse data sets, resolve discrepancies, and drive data-led decision-making.
  • Finance Background: Proven experience in Finance, understanding invoice related information and P&Ls.
  • Process Improvement: Ability to identify inefficiencies, optimise workflows, and implement automation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience working across multiple teams, including commercial, finance and technology.
  • Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Comfortable navigating complex reporting, invoicing, and reconciliation challenges.
  • Communication & Training: Strong ability to explain financial processes and reporting tools to stakeholders.
  • Preferred Experience working with SAP, finance transformation projects, and technology teams
