As a Project Manager Capex, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and closure of capital expenditure (Capex) projects within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle of Capex projects, from initiation to closure.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Coordinate activities among internal teams and external partners to ensure effective project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to management on status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Identify and manage risks associated with projects, implementing appropriate mitigation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and quality standards.
  • Participate in change management and problem resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with research and development, manufacturing, and quality departments to ensure alignment of projects with the company's strategic goals.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in engineering, project management, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in managing Capex projects, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical sector.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards in the pharmaceutical field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus.
