Your mission

As a Project Manager, you will be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team, and will be responsible for overseeing the entire project management process:

• End-to-end project management: from definition to implementation and successful delivery.
• Team building & leadership: build a team and ensure a clear division of roles and expectations.
• Stakeholder management: collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to bring project ideas to life and ensure smooth communication throughout.
• Portfolio management: manage projects related to new products/services, business processes, and legal obligations.
• Change management: ensure the successful implementation of changes within the organization.
• Quality assurance: monitor the execution of projects, ensure adherence to agreements, and challenge stakeholders where needed.
• Result-driven mindset: deliver projects effectively and successfully within defined deadlines and budgets.

Your skills and background

• Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a project management role.
• Strong affinity with IT-related projects: experience in internal corporate initiatives where IT plays a significant role.
• Solid knowledge of project management methods, processes, techniques, and principles.
• Strong analytical skills, critical and proactive thinking, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication skills - clear, structured communication, including regular project status reporting.
• Team player - able to foster engagement, manage group dynamics, and encourage collaboration.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

We're also recruiting for a freelance IT Project Manager role, which includes additional responsibilities beyond classic project coordination.

We're looking for a medior profile with at least 4 years' experience, and a solid background in IT infrastructure. The role involves hands-on support to the IT lead and team across various infrastructure and business projects (PMO aspects are handled internally). Current challenges include SAP implementation, infrastructure relocation, and other strategic IT and business initiatives.
