1. Develop and apply IT project management standards, tools, and methodologies.
2. Design and improve project management processes and templates.
3. Ensure compliance with defined project management methods.
4. Support project execution and conduct project reviews.
5. Organize training sessions to enhance project team competencies.
6. Monitor the IT project portfolio and establish project controlling systems.
7. Assist in KPI development and prepare management reports.
8. Facilitate internal communication within project teams.

Requirements:

1. Degree in business informatics, business administration, or related field.
2. Strong IT affinity and experience with agile project management (e.g., Scrum).
3. Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
