It's an incredibly busy and exciting time for my client. They're going through a huge transformation programme which will touch all areas of the business. Including their HR function which is absolutely at the heart of their business

I am looking for a seasoned HR PM to join them and support their strategic HR goals and ideally someone who has a proven track record in implementing a HRIS system into a big organisation

You'll lead HR Projects from start to finish so this will involve loads of process improvement, employee engagement. You'll also take the reigns on the strategic Roadmap for systems enhancements and new functionalities for their systems.

They're a massively well-recognised brand here within the UK but they're now also making great waves internationally too. They have an incredibly talented, established Tech function with one of the largest IT sites in the UK.

They're also a private owned firm - The environment here is very fast, very lean and they work with a "fail fast" approach where they are always open to trying new ideas and exploring better ways of working.

Naturally, this role will be heavily stakeholder management focused; so you need to be the type of PM who isn't afraid to hold their own and can realistically manage stakeholder expectations both diligently and confidently.

Scope for learning here is vast. Learning and development here is massively encouraged here and they offer unlimited resources alongside a dedicated IT Training Team as well as training around Scrum, development life cycle and a week-long induction. You'll have a personal progression plan alongside quarterly one-to-ones.

We can offer up to £65k all Dependent on your ability alongside awesome further benefits including on-site gym, subsidised restaurants and more

They have an amazing HQ in North Lincolnshire and you can work hybrid, with 3 days a week onsite - It's an integral role for them that requires face-to-face interaction with stakeholders.
