This is an Amsterdam-based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *assessing business needs, developing implementation strategies, and driving end-to-end project management activities*.

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join the Transformation Program Office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and proven experience leading complex projects, assessing business needs, developing implementation strategies, and driving end-to-end project management activities.

The Transformation Program Office leads strategic projects to enhance efficiency and governance, track project value, and manage change and communication across departments. The Project Manager will collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align initiatives with business objectives, manage risks and dependencies, and facilitate agile development environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead end-to-end (E2E) high-complexity projects, from scoping and analysis to implementation and execution.

• Project Planning & Initiation: Define project scope, objectives, KPIs, roadmaps, risks, dependencies, and cost estimates while ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Governance & Structure: Establish and implement governance frameworks to ensure effective communication and decision-making.

• Delivery & Impact: Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline and scope, delivering significant value to the business.

• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for project-related queries, engaging with geographically diverse stakeholders up to the Director level.

• Workshop Facilitation: Independently lead workshops to support project execution.

• Success Metrics: Define and measure project success to track performance and impact.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree

• Experience: 5-8 years of relevant project management experience

• Certifications: PMP, Agile Project Management, or equivalent preferred

• Key Competencies:

  • Strong project management expertise, preferably within an Agile environment.

  • Ability to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data for decision-making.

  • Proficiency in change management methodologies.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams in dynamic environments.

  • Hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
