An exciting Fixed Term Contract Project Officer (March 2025) role has become available in the Pure team within the Adult Social Care Directorate. We are looking for an experienced GR4 officer that can come on board and make a real difference to vulnerable citizens' lives in pursuit of education, training, and employment opportunities.
The Pure project re-launched in April this year and has secured 1 year funding up until March 2025. The purpose of the Pure project remains the same in providing pathways into employment for people with complex needs. We are focused on helping people who are the furthest away from the labour market. Some examples of the people we work with include individuals with learning disabilities and difficulties, individuals with physical and sensory disabilities as well as those facing mental health difficulties.
This post is critical to the compliance function of the Pure project, therefore, a person with an eye for detail is crucial. The post holder will undertake core project functions including due diligence and data verification of outputs and results of eligible participants and input them onto a new CRM system (Evolutive), which is used as the Case Management System for all Pure participants.
The post holder will support external provider monitoring meetings and provide advice and guidance on UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) rules and regulations pertaining to evidential requirements. Training and support will be provided in these areas, so don't be put off in applying.
This post is vital in safeguarding that the project is compliant and that there are existing robust processes and procedures in place to mitigate any risk to the overall program. The post holder will work as part of a small outcome team and will need to demonstrate the ability to work in a pressured environment and use their own initiative when required.
The post holder will be managed by the Senior Commissioning Officer.
