THE ROLE

We have a new vacancy for a Projects Lawyer 5+ PQE to join a highly regarded international projects team. The team advises on high-value projects for both private and public sector clients, providing legal advice across a wide range of project types, including infrastructure, construction, and energy.

You will be expected to advise on and draft complex and bespoke contracts, working alongside clients, project teams, contractors, and third-party advisers.

THE CANDIDATE

You will have 5+ PQE with a background in commercial and projects law gained working for a leading law firm or similar. Candidates will have experience handling large, complex projects, particularly in sectors such as construction, energy, infrastructure, or public-private partnerships.

You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, knowledge of procurement processes, and best practices for contract management and compliance.

The firm offers hybrid working arrangements.
