Property Lawyer needed in London Ref

Contract: Temporary

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing a diverse caseload of property-related legal work, including disposals, acquisitions, leases, and regeneration projects. You will provide high-quality legal advice and support across the Client, ensuring compliance with relevant property, administrative, and environmental law.

1. Manage a full caseload of commercial and/or residential property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and regeneration schemes.
2. Provide expert legal advice on property-related matters to senior officers, elected members, and partner organizations.
3. Prepare and review complex legal documentation, including contracts, reports, and agreements.
4. Assist in policy development and risk management related to property law.
5. Support and guide junior team members while deputizing for the Senior Lawyer - Property when required.
6. Keep up to date with legal developments, providing training to internal stakeholders as needed.
