Property Litigation Solicitor

Our client has been established in North Devon for over 30 years, they have an exceptional reputation in practicing Litigation, Private Client & Property.

On behalf of our client, a well-established law firm in Devon, we are seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their team. This is a full-time role based in either their Barnstaple or Kingsbridge offices.

The successful candidate will handle a broad range of litigation matters, with a particular focus on:

• Building disputes
• Housing disrepair
• Landlord & tenant matters
• Neighbour & boundary disputes

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, advising clients confidently on legal issues, and working efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.

We are seeking applications from:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3+ years PQE (or equivalent experience)
• Strong knowledge and experience in litigation
• Excellent communication and client-care skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
