QED Legal is working with a highly regarded law firm looking to add a Property Litigation Solicitor (4-5 PQE) to its Property Disputes team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor seeking responsibility and autonomy while being part of a supportive and inclusive team.

The successful candidate will handle a broad range of commercial property litigation matters, including:

• Landlord & tenant disputes
• Easements
• Adverse possession
• Restrictive covenants
• Rights to light
