Property Solicitor

Signatus are working in partnership with a global law firm based in Belfast, to recruit a property solicitor into their growing team. Your new company is well established and one of the most recognized names across the UK, and internationally for the provision of full service legal solutions to FTSE clients and SMEs.

Your new career path

Experience that would be highly relevant to this role includes the ability to read, review and escalate title issues relating to property transactions of both a commercial and residential nature. No commercial experience is necessary. This is a newly created and hybrid role that sits between two teams, the property and banking teams, and is therefore integral for the smooth operations of both banking and property transactions. Full training is available in both the transactional banking and commercial property aspects of the role.

What experience can you offer?

As a qualified solicitor in England and Wales, NI or ROI, you will ideally offer experience from a commercial property, conveyancing or real estate background. PQE level should be a minimum of 2 years+. However, they are open to reviewing applicants at NQ level with relevant property training or senior applicants who can offer more rounded experience.
