This is a site-based role at Worthing.

Provides technical expertise and specialist knowledge to deliver new technologies, automation as well as provide method validation, method transfer support.

In this role you will:

  • An SME for QC Validation, providing the training and support for inexperienced members of staff to increase their knowledge/ability in validation activities.
  • Introduction of new laboratory equipment and technologies following the validation process.
  • Conduct method validations and method transfers for established methods.
  • Respond to regulatory queries on established methods.
  • Perform method reviews and assessments.
  • Communication of project plans to key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Graduate (or equivalent) qualification
  • Method validation experience in QC Environment.
  • Equipment Validation experience in QC Environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Experience in GMP laboratory environment with a focus on technical knowledge of laboratory equipment and methods.
  • Good knowledge of GMP within a laboratory.
  • Experience in writing technical reports, protocols.
