Quality Assurance Manager

We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Manager in the area of qualification and validation where you will provide technical support for improvement projects in the production plants. The QA for Functions team oversees aseptic production, solid dosage form production, and packaging for both market production and clinical studies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and support QA activities within technical transfer and launch teams (both local and global).
• Participate in optimization projects for existing systems, including categorizing URS requirements and enhancing data integrity.
• Oversee QA aspects of qualification and validation during technical transfers and launches.
• Classify and approve change requests and manage deviations.
• Review and approve GMP-relevant documents, including plans, reports, SOPs, deviation management, change management, CAPA, and risk assessments.

Requirements:

• Degree in pharmacy, natural sciences, engineering, or equivalent professional training, with extensive experience in the GMP area.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical production, development, or quality assurance, preferably in aseptic production, packaging, or solid dosage form production.
• Experience in qualification and knowledgeable about data integrity requirements.
• Proficient in written and spoken German and English.
• Knowledge about Lean Production Systems and Agile Management
