Quality Engineer

B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming a new Quality Engineer in our aerospace/aeronautical team.

As a Quality Engineer at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organization that encourages and values collaboration, mentoring, and continuous learning.

Your responsabilities:

• You analyzes & present quality indicators to management and production,
• You lead operational Quality meetings, monitor Actions, Production & Quality,
• You preparing and carrying out audits,
• You provides technical support to production, in particular by training operators and implementing workshop resources/equipment,
• You improve manufacturing methods,
• You are required to make customer visits in collaboration with other departments,

Your profile:

Expérience : Junior profile accepted. (CDI or VIE contract)

Degree : Master's degree in industrial engineering or in Quality,

Technical skills :

• Working knowledge of problem-solving methodologies, 8D, 5Whys, etc.
• Basic knowledge of quality standards (AS/EN9100, ISO9001, IATF 16949 ).
• Knowledge of MS/Office.

Interpersonal skills: Good communication skills, assertive and convincing, good team spirit.

Languages: Fluency in French and very good knowledge of English.
